I started my journey at The Confidence Coach 3 weeks ago. I started at a time when I had terrible sciatica pains. The team took time to understand the problems I had and worked with me with stretches and mobility work. After the first session the problem started to ease significantly and since then it has only become better. Each coach knows the problems I have had and works with me to improve it. I have been loving the sessions which are tailored to everyone’s abilities and goals. Each coach knows everyone’s names and what they want to achieve from the sessions. The sessions are hard work but good fun. The Confidence Coach is a very special place which I am very glad to have found.

The team at Confidence Coach North Shields have been brilliant. I started going to get myself ready for an upcoming knee operation. They tailored the exercises to work for me and kept checking in and adjusting things as I went along, which made a big difference.

Every session was enjoyable always a good laugh and a proper catch up. Callum, Ben, Christina and Emily all know their stuff and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Really appreciate all the help, thanks again to the team!

I have absolutely loved my 30-day trial so far at TCC!

The coaches and other members just make it for me!

The variety of classes keep it interesting, and challenge you at the same time x

Just completed a month trial and enjoyed it so much I signed up! It’s a really welcoming and motivating environment. The group sessions are varied and enjoyable, with a lovely sense of camaraderie. The coaches are fantastic – always friendly, attentive and offer lots of encouragement and guidance.

I feel 10 years younger and walk 2 inches taller. Connor you done wonders and the other guys at Ponteland. Such a great team. Best gym ever , six pack may be a little of a big ask but we can dream 😂😂😂
