How do you know our gym is right for you?

The Confidence Coach is not like normal gyms. It’s smaller, friendlier, more social and more personal – so you can learn the ropes, without the worry of standing out from the crowd.

Is the 7-day trial free?

No, our 7-day introductory trial is £49. However, this includes your initial consultation, coaching support and access to sessions. So, you can get a real feel for how we train, and what life at our gyms is like, before committing to a longer term.

While some gyms will offer you a token free session, it’s not always easy to experience everything a gym can offer in one hour. What’s more, we’d prefer to give you real value from the start.

What will happen in the first session?

Your first session is all about getting to know you, your goals, your experience and how you’re currently feeling about training. We’ll also introduce you to the space, the structure and our approach, so you feel confident and supported from the beginning.

How much does membership cost?

Our membership options vary depending on how often you train and which sessions you attend, and we’re happy to go through this in detail during our introductory chat.

This ensures you’re not paying for something you don’t need, or a programme that isn’t right for you.

Are there long-term contracts?

Our longer, structured memberships are designed to support consistency and progression. We’ll give you all the details during your chat with our team, so you can choose the option that suits your needs.

When do sessions run?

We run sessions every hour from 6am through to 8pm. The last session typically starts at 7pm or 7:30pm, with all sessions finishing by 8pm. This gives you the flexibility to fit your training around your lifestyle, not just peak times.

How do I book sessions?

You can book sessions through our handy app. Once you’re a member, you’ll be able to view availability and schedule sessions in advance. And if you’re unsure what to book, we’ll be on hand to point you in the right direction.

What if I can’t make a session?

We operate a cancellation policy to ensure fairness and availability for all members. Full details are provided when you join, but as a rule you can reschedule any session, as long as it’s within the required notice period.

I’m not very fit — is that a problem?

Not at all. Many of our members start out feeling unsure about themselves, or out of shape. Our coaches are here to help you fit in from your first visit, and help you take the next step, slowly, safely and at your own pace.

Will I feel out of place?

Making you feel welcome is one of our strengths, and many new members tell us they feel like they belong from day one. With no judgement, no intimidation and plenty of encouragement, we’ll slowly build up your confidence and help you plan ahead.

There’s never any pressure to keep up either. And you don’t need to worry about gym cliques or pumped-up egos. Everyone here is happy to help and keen to see you succeed.

Do I need experience with weights?

Absolutely not. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, step by step.

What should I bring?

Comfortable training clothes, a water bottle and trainers suitable for gym-based training. If you’re attending Boxing, please bring your own gloves.

Is parking available?

Yes, each location has parking available nearby.

You can find out more on our individual gym location pages.
